Savory Farmer’s Market at Travisso Celebrates Local Growers

Twice a month, Leander community members can talk with local growers while shopping for hand-crafted goods, small-batch products, and locally raised crops and meats during the Savory Farmer’s Market at Travisso.

For National Farmer’s Day, celebrated each October 12th, Travisso takes you behind the scenes of the vendors you can see at the market to honor the hardworking farmers throughout America’s history. National Famer’s Day falls in mid-October because that is traditionally the last day of the harvest season.

Hear from Nathanael Ferguson, owner of Savory Market. Also, we want to introduce you to John Pantalon, owner of Amber Oaks Ranch, the newest vendor to join the Savory Market!

This June, Savory celebrated one year of visiting Travisso and has loved every moment of being a grocery store right in your backyard. Savory Farmer’s Market aims to bring high-quality farm, ranch, seafood, and local artisan products to you while giving the community a space to visit and foster relationships with your neighbors.

Travisso Residents can visit the market, rain or shine at the Palazzo parking lot on the first and third Wednesday of every month. Learn more about some of the vendors who visit Travisso every month:
